Lychee Martini
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar syrup
1 cup drained canned lychees (abt 20pc frm a 20 oz can)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6oz (3/4 cup) vodka
1.5 oz (3tbsp) cointreau / other orange flavoured liqueur
Shaker:
Cocktail shaker
Method:
Puree lychees with sugar syrup and lemon juice in blender until smooth.
Force through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes
Add lychee puree, vodka, cointreau
Shake 15 secs and strain into martini glass
Malibu Pineapple
Ingredients:
6oz pineapple juice
1oz rum
Method:
Serve over ice
Use pineapple wedge as garnish
